A home watch service is a service for homeowners with seasonal/vacation homes or investment properties which will provide them with peace of mind by performing routine inspections on their home to ensure it is secure and well cared for in their absence. In addition to home watch, we also offer property maintenance to fulfill basic upkeep needs or even oversee larger repairs or renovations.

How will a Home Watch service benefit me?

Our home watch service is designed to provide protection for our homeowners from vandalism, damages, or potentially preventable home disasters, such as fallen trees, flooding from water leaks, etc. By performing routine checks on your property we analyze potential threats and report back to the homeowner any issues we find. We act as your advocate during your absense.

What do you check during inspections?

We check everything from the exterior landscaping and drive, to the interior smoke detectors. We check for signs of break-in or vandalism, pest problems, potential roof leaks, test alarm systems, check thermostats, etc. Our inspections cover all areas of your home.

What other services do you offer?

We also offer a full range of property maintenance services, from lawn care to property renovations or repairs. With 10+ years of building experience, we are experienced in all areas of home maintenance.

What if there is a problem with my home?

If a problem or emergency occurs, we will be available to you 24 hours a day to ensure the fastest resolution to any issues that arise. We work with you to manage the problem, and our experience enables us to find the best, and most cost-effective resolution.

What are the pricing options for home watch?

We have several different pricing options for our customers. We offer weekly or bi-weekly inspections with a detailed report. We have various homewatch package options that range from basic inspections to fully comprehensive inspections and maintenance.
