Home Watch Services
Inside:
  • Adjust and set thermostat and water heater temperatures prior to client arrival
  • Ensure heating/air unit is working properly
  • Ensure alarm system is working properly
  • Replace batteries in thermostats and smoke detectors when needed
  • Check for leaks under sinks and appliances
  • Check for leaks from roof or around doors/windows
  • Inspect doors/windows for damages 
  • Look for pest problems
  • Install and maintain mice and rodent bait traps
  • Replace heating & air filters
  • Change lightbulbs
  • Water house plants
Outside:
  • Winterize home
  • Perform inspections on roof to look for leaks or damage
  • Sweep porches and walkways to home
  • Look for pest problems
  • Check for rotten tree limbs or other risks to exterior of home
  • Check gutters and drainage around home
  • Inspect landscaping/lawn services
  • Provide landscaping/lawn services
  • Inspect home for vandalism or attempted break-in
