Services

Caretaker Service Package provides:

• One -Two visits per week to your home
• A visual check of the security of the property, inside and out
• Removal of unwanted debris, newspapers, etc. from property
• A check of mechanical services by turning on/off lights, heat, and faucets
• Leave a signed, dated checklist in the home after each visit
• Report to homeowner regularly, send pictures when requested
• Provide security/maintenance recommendations
